"It was exactly as expected for the price. Did not experience the pool but the room was clean when I returned, it's placement next to the Convention center is amazing, the walking distance is very nice."

"Hot didn’t work, my key stopped working part way into my stay and staff just seemed burn out. When I ask them about fun thing to do near by besides Disneyland, just kept getting answers like “idk” and “nothing”"

"This is a really wonderful property. Really close to the parks. Apple maps will tell you its a 40minute walk, but it doesn't know you can walk under the bridge, so its actually closer to 20ish minutes. Gorgeous pool and really nice staff. The cafe in the lobby was great with good food. Our Bonvoy status gave us 2 free coffees a day which was a really nice way to start the day. We also had a $25 food credit for each day which got us some nice sandwiches. We made the mistake of going to the restaurant on the main floor. It was empty and we should have taken that as a sign. The staff was rude, all of them on their phones, the food was bland and oddly expensive. The restaurant is the only thing we didn't enjoy at this property. A very different vibe than the rest of the property. The rooftop adult pool is the perfect spot to watch the fireworks from and relax. Cant recommend this property any higher."

"It’s almost an unfair review, so I will give you the good news. I was not charged for my room because the Hotel had no water when the water finally came back the next day. There was no hot water. They had a false alarm in the middle of the night, so these made to stay not the best. I will also say that it was irritating that you can’t check in till exactly. You’re check in time, even if there’s a room available unless you want to pay $50. I could understand that if I was checking in in the morning, but I was literally checking in two hours prior to the normal check-in time."

"One of the better hotels for visiting Disneyland. Even tired at the end of the night, the walk is not too long at all. My room was quite clean, other than some hairs around the bathroom and sink that were not mine. Will definitely be booking here for future Disney trips!!"
