"Good breakfast, decent rooms (can use some upgrades), splash pad was good except water there was circulated which is gross for being there. Breakfast was good. Plenty of paid parking, Disney DT is about 10 min walk."

"The staff was great in getting us the special room we wanted, even though it was not available to book online. Only downside was that it was not ready when we got a text saying it was, and it was at the 4:00 check in time, but waiting the extra 30 minutes did not kill us! Grand Legacy will continue to be the place we stay on our Disney trips."

"I did not like surprises such as last time fees. Staff couldn’t clear or explained them satisfactorily to me. They post a cost including all fees and taxes on Internet but without prior notification and not time to cancel the reservation they sent an email notifying that they are more charges. Come up front I will say and avoid surprises as these."

"The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfy. The part of the hotel we were in seemed a little older, and the walk to the primary elevator and self-parking lot was a little farther than expected. Staff was friendly. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our very short stay."

"The continental breakfast is amazing. Lots of choices. The main issues we're needing to fix timer to jacuzzi and clock. The rooms were huge. They needs to check the TVs as ours was loose as well as the towel bar in the bathroom. I would still stay her"
