It is right by a huge casino which has lots of random people all around the surrounding area. It did not feel safe. There was even a mobile camera unit from a police department in the parking lot. "There was an event Sunday night which was incredibly loud and lasted until almost midnight, making it impossible to relax/sleep. After it was over, there was an hour or so worth of noise from everyone getting in their cars and leaving. The television in the room didn’t work and when we asked about getting it fixed, we were told maintenance would come but they never did. The shower was barely big enough for a child. Also it was difficult to communicate with staff because most of them did not...

"I would highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I stayed for two nights to watch our daughter compete at the state track Championship meet at Mount Tahoma High School. it was a convenient location, really close to restaurants and shopping and gas stations. We didn't have a chance to use the pool / hot tub or enjoy the continental breakfast, maybe next time. I am a picky girl when it comes to where I stay and I was very happy here. They even accommodated extra pillows and shaving cream!"

"We arrived to this location to check in. We were promptly told that the AC in the entire facility was broken. And advised that we should not check in because there was no estimated time for the fix and the building was heating up substantially. Since we reserved the room through Expedia, the hotel guaranteed us a full refund upon contacting them. Expedia did contact them and they refused to honor what the front desk told us in person…NO REFUND."

"The property was dirty, the room was okay, it definitely needs remodeling and repairs. The hotel smelled, and in need of many repairs. The pool was closed. The parking lot was dirty and not well maintained. The breakfast area was closed and was never open during our stay. Front lobby was okay but had a language barrier. Overall I won't be staying again."
