"We spent 3 days at this new property - directly across from the beach, and we were really impressed with the level of care the staff adds. Front the front desk staff to housekeeping - they all went the extra mile. And we have to mention Dee, she made sure we had everything we needed, particularly for our 6 year old! We can't wait to be back on our annual visits to Melbourne beach :) thank you for your incredible hospitality!"

"The setting was beautiful, very old-time Floridian. Courtney, the receptionist, and later our server for breakfast, was courteous and accommodating. The included breakfast was delicious. We had actually forgotten a personal item and I contacted the inn for assistance. Dean was able to ship it back to us quickly. I highly recommend this B&B and plan to stay there again as my husband I need to make a trip to Melbourne annually."

"Really nice place. Very clean and very quiet. Beautiful ocean view. My only gripe was you cannot turn the air temperature below 72 or the coils will freeze. They did provide a small fan and since it is the end of October it's not as hot as summer months. I would stay here again maybe just not in the summer months."
