"A gem of a property, with such stunning views and a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, it really is the perfect spot for a break. Close to hiking options and the local town, the host is really lovely and accessible if you have questions. Will definitely be returning! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rope Makers Croft. The croft is a short walk from Litton, where you'll find an excellent community-run shop and the superb Red Lion. The croft itself was perfect for us - there was plenty of space for two whilst still being cosy and warm (it was a chilly weekend!). The kitchen area is well equipped, the living area was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for the rainforest shower. All in all superb. We are already looking at making a return...

"We have just returned home after a 2 week stay at Milford House which we highly recommend. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable and everything we could have possibly needed was provided, including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The house is in a convenient location, only a minute or two's walk from the centre of the village. A particular highlight was the bedroom in the roof and the sounds of the sheep and cows in the fields nearby! We enjoyed staying in Tideswell...
