"It was clean and staff friendly, but we stayed 3 night's. We had only 2 tea bags for the whole stay,2 coffee tubes, when asked for more, they never turned up. Only 1 towel was changed even though they were all on the floor after the first night of showers. They did empty the bin, and we had a toilet ..."
