"pulled up to the hotel and could barely pull up in front of the property due to what i’m assuming was the front desk workers honda pilot under the awning, right in front of the doors as it was there the next morning just facing the other way. after checking in the 3 boys i was with for my sons birthday were rather rowdy. we told front desk this at check in to try and give us room away from disturbing others. we got a call to the room asking us to quiet down.. my kids weren’t even in the room,...

"AC in rooms was unusually loud for this class of hotel. Pool was closed for renovation. Curtains are on a track, do not close all the way. This allows floodlight from nearby construction to enter room at night."

"We recently booked a two queen room with expedia and for AC Hotel Des Moines and when we checked in they said you had book us for a king with a sofa bed. We specifically booked 2 queens because my sister was traveling with us and she has a bad back so you guys changed our reservation.This is the second time this has happened and the desk said it happens alot with Expedia. We want a refund for the difference in the cost of the room. You ruined my sisters trip!!!"
