"Overall enjoyed the stay. The breakfast is decent, and the workers were very kind. The only thing I would say was a downfall were the floors in our room. They were semi sticky and just needed to be mopped. Again nothing bad, and could've easily just been our room."

"We liked that we could walk everywhere from the hotel. We were able to walk to the Gateway Arch and the river front. We also walked to Busch Stadium and the surrounding restaurants."

"I stayed at this hotel two separate times in one weekend and valet both times and drank one water out of the room and was charged differently even though the stays where identical. When I contacted the hotel about the issues they told me they couldn’t do anything because it was booked through Expedia. Also, when checking in for the second stay the night staff acted like they were super inconvenienced by someone checking in not something that you would expect when paying hundreds of dollars to...

"I reserved a room with the jets (I have back issues) and thought that would be nice when kiddos went to pool. Well, pool was completely closed and if we would have known we would have reserved a diff hotel. So to try and make things better, hey go use the tub... the jets, none of them worked. Water wouldn't even stay in the tub, slowly drained. There were no snacks down stairs for them to go get chips, banana, nothing! Breakfast was not even worth going down stairs for... no batter for waffles...

"The staff was great, breakfast was good, the hotel was clean, and everything worked like it's supposed to. We were there to visit the sites in the city and surrounding area, not have a hotel vacation, so it was perfect for what it is."

"This hotel was just beautiful. Wish we were staying longer. Was walking distance to Arch and ballpark. Staff was just amazing. We were flying in from out of town and coming in a lot earlier than check in time and they were able to get us an early checkin. They took our luggage and we went and walked around until they called to let us know the room was ready. We didn't utilize the bar or restaurants because we weren't there long. But we will definitely stay again next time we're in town."
