"Disappointing stay… front desk staff were not knowledgeable about parking, after paying fir two nights valet staff (who were very nice to us each time we left the building) said the parking garage was closed- so we had to valet park for the weekend. The front of the sink and vanity in our bathroom had streak marks down the front of it that I wiped off and we only had one wash cloth for two people - when we went to guest services to ask for two more the next day the staff called someone on the phone and asked for our room number again and said they could bring up more … never happened 😞 Would not stay there again or recommend it."

"I honestly didn’t like anything about it compared to other hotels at the same stars. The room that we paid for supposed two queen size I but they are more like full or double sizes. (4.6-4.9 ft wide to be exact). The sheets had spots on them, same the furniture. I had to call the supervisor to clean some blood spots or something red/brown from the nightstand. the phone had like green toothpaste on it. I have pictures of all of these. I asked to change the room , they refused and sent someone to do a little wiping. like seriously it was the worst experience we had… there were spots on the carpet; just awful! Waste of money and luckily, we stayed only one night… awful view as well. We Supposed to have a courtyard view but we faced a full wall in front of us. Parking valet was $50 or $40 to park yourself. When we stayed at the Four seasons, a night before, the parking was included. The room was nice and clean. Everything was great and for $60 more as you don’t have to pay the parking,it was more it was worth it. Won’t stay at this Live by Lowe again."

"I loved staying at this place!!! It's was extra clean and had luxury amenities. The staff was very nice and accommodating. This is a 5-Star hotel. It's a newly renovated old school-house turned into a hotel and it's in the cutest town about 20 miles away from the Gateway Arch in St Louis. I especially loved how the hotel kept the school-house theme throughout. The hallways have lockers with the names of classic books. School desks and a chalkboard serve as a notice board where you check where you're from. The room curtains were plaid like school uniforms. The room key is a composition book. The bathroom door is a chalk board. And so many more cute touches. The room has a refrigerator and microwave.They have coffee, tea, granola bars and muffins until 10:30am. There's also a restaurant on site. I don't see why anyone would give this place anything less than 5 stars. I would definitely stay here again."

"Wonderful stay! We were able to walk to restaurants and to venues in the area. Parking was a breeze and very safe. The accommodations were lovely, very clean and comfortable. Added touches like specialty soaps and bath oils were truly appreciated. Our hosts, Dan and Rosie, were warm, hospitable and accommodating! Will absolutely return!"
