"The staff was great. The cleanliness was not great. We had to move rooms when we first checked in because there were hairs all over the bed. We got into the second room and it was clear that it had not been vacuumed and there was a hair on the towel. Staff was accommodating in shuffling us around, but it was gross."

"I've stayed here on several previous occasions while doing the GAP and the C&O trail and love the location near the Amtrak station. I appreciated the bike room and being allowed to check in just a little early. The check-in was by video which seemed impersonal but it was very efficient and the agent was very friendly. "

"Nothing wrong with the hotel other than a need for updating and deep cleaning. Smells like old smoke from the 80s/90s. Some of the patrons were way too loud at 1 in the morning, but that is not the fault of the hotel."
