"Well why the front desk staff was nice when we first came and greeted us the pool was not available. The breakfast wasn't the best. The bacon was a little burnt and crumpled. Got passed around on the phone then was asked to come down stairs to talk to the manager. Honestly I thought us having to leave our room was horrible customer service but decided not to throw a fuss over it.
