"The place is clean, and the staff are friendly, although some of them do not speak English very well. The breakfast is good, and the kitchen facilities are nice. However, it would be helpful if they provided a small bottle of dishwashing liquid to get guests started. Also, the phones in our room were not working, so whenever we needed assistance, I had to go downstairs and ask in person."

"When we arrived parking was limited due to teams of Tour de France also staying at the hotel so we had to park at the bottom. They had two gentleman running carts to transport guests and their luggage Check in took forever not sure why it was such a lengthy process at this hotel but it was and there was a long line.
