"Booked a stay to celebrate my wife and I getting married - we booked an executive suite at what we thought was a nice little hotel outside Bangor, Maine. I even called on 3/18 to confirm we would be able to bring our dog, as it was unclear online whether the room was pet friendly or not. I was told it was - but when I called to confirm our check-in time the day of our stay, I was notified that was actually not the case. We were downgraded to a standard room, as those were the only pet friendly...

"Staff was great! Pleasant and helpful. Some of the housekeeping could have used a bit more attention, but overall it was ok. Extremely convenient location. Will likely stay again next time I travel to Maine and feel comfortable recommending it to others."

"Staff was awesome. Breakfast was good. Property was centrally located. Pool light became disconnected and was hanging by wires into the pool. Staff shut it down quickly due to safety. "

"Lots of parking, spacious room, accommodating and gracious staff, heated pool and great dinner at the restaurant. I would come back and stay again just for the amazing staff and how welcoming and accommodating they are. We brought our 7 month old and every need we had, they graciously welcomed. We forgot our dish soap at home (to clean bottles) and they went out of their way to grab us some! Dinner was fantastic and the waitresses were so fun. They even cleaned our daughter’s spoon for her....

"Loved that the unit came with a table for 4! Did not love the dusty baseboards and loud heat/ac unit that was too loud for us to sleep comfortably. Also did not like that the sleeping area is not separate from the kitchen area. Prefer a bathroom with the sink inside so that other people in the party are not disrupted. Wonderful staff and overall good stay but could have been better."
