"I explicitly asked the manager at the front desk when I reserved a room if the hot tub was open, and she told me yes. So I booked a room at that hotel completely based on that. After we checked in, we immediately got unpacked and suited for the hot tub, and it was closed for maintenance. I asked a different person working the front desk at that time and he didn't know anything, and said the manager would be back in the morning. The pool and hot tub never opened. In the morning, upon speaking to the same manager again, she said she didn't know about it and then said she couldn't help me with making it right. Horrible experience."
