"This property was old which wasn't a problem it was quaint but the fern room was comically small, felt like the top half of a barn, like the whole building was probably a barn. The room had ladybugs & flys, the ladybugs didn't bother me but the flys were making horrible buzzing sounds & we couldn't sleep so we had to kill the flys but left the ladybugs alone. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. "
