Hotel Golf di Edenbridge

"Great property close to the train station that is connected to the ExCel center (trains, not the hotel). The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and the staff goes above and beyond! My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view. The king sized bed was large and comfortable with high end sheets and pillows. The bathroom was huge and had a shower, separate tub, and great lighting. There were robes slippers and nice...

The mattress on my bed was so lumpy, with springs poking that I had to roll myself in the duvet for protection. If it hadn't been extremely late by the time I arrived I would have left and found somewhere else, glad I was only there for one night. Just writing this review makes my skin itch thinking about the place. Also, I paid extra for breakfast when booking but they don't even serve...

"The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."
