"Joseph was great in customer services at the front desk, when you enter the hotel it’s absolutely beautiful. However, they need more help with cleaning staff. We had to ask for the rooms to be cleaned on numerous occasions before they cleaned. Trash was in the drawers when we checked into the room. Pool was out of service."

"The paint finishing of my wardrobe door was rough. There beads of dry paint and there was a staple pin stuck on the door with one end sticking out 😂. The plastic toilet seat had at least 3 rough blistered spots .. not comfortable to sit on. PLS NOTE, the toilet itself was very clean"
