-The staff failed to notify guests that the water would be shut off for several hours one day during our stay. Imagine my surprise when I turned on the faucet and got nothing.
-We stayed for four days and never got housekeeping service — despite making multiple requests. The sign on the mirror said linens would be changed every three days. Nope.
-The fitness center had no a-c. The thermostat said it was 89 degrees.
Because of all this, I called and emailed the hotel and asked for a partial refund. So far, no response.
Also, be aware that bringing a pet adds $50 a night to your bill.
Bottom line: They could do a lot better — especially when it comes to customer service."
