"Hotel rooms were well fitted out and extremely comfortable. Had an issue with the fridge. I had to unplugged it, but other than that no issues with the room.
However, did have a problem getting the shuttle from SEATAC, had to call four times and waited more than 45 minutes to be picked up. Hotel needs to have a better description of how to and where to meet with the shuttle for those who do not regularly travel to Seattle. It was complicated up and down, elevators, crossroads, etc.."

"I didn't spend a night there, because of the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist who supposed to check me in.
She was raised to hate minorities. She has no respect for herself, nor for the company she represent and none for clients.
She and the security officer, on duty that night, are the worse employees I've ever seen in my live."
