"the hotel was good but I have issue with the fact that we arrived at 9.00 am and did not get our room until 3.00. I realize rooms have to be cleaned etc but please make accommodation for those international visitors who have travelled all night"

"I stayed at Market Street Hotel and was very happy with the accommodations! The room was clean every time I left and the room was the perfect size. It was easy to walk from place to place in Edinburgh and it was quite central to most of the attractions and other hidden gems. The staff were very friendly and check-in was a breeze. I’ll absolutely stay here again when I return to Edinburgh!"

"A clean and modern hotel within easy reach of Princes Street and many restaurants. Some of the staff were friendly and kind, others appeared disinterested. Having more staff available at reception would improve the experience and reduce queues. The room was spacious and well equipped. Bed was large and comfortable - great nights sleep. Breakfast was ok- hot and cold options available but again could have benefited from more staff to help replenish food and drinks. Overall, it was a comfortable stay."

"Really nice and big hotel, lots of parking out front. Nice peaceful surroundings. We used the pool and sauna which were great. Busy golf courses, always some activity going on. Good proximity to airport but not in the flight path so doesn’t bother during stay. Staff at front desk very helpful and friendly"
