The hotel was well furnished, it had a very modern feel, yet again it felt like I had stepped into the future. Everything was ergonomically positioned at the correct height. Plenty of storage space was utilised to its full potential. Thanks for the complimentary biscuits and beverages.

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral an der Tram, von da aus 15-20 Minuten bis in die City. Das Personal war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Minus Punkt muss ich vergeben für das Frühstück was jeden Tag gleich war, aber ausreichend, hier hatte ich die Bohnen mit Ei und Bacon vermisst, das kenne ich anders vom Urlaub in der UK.

The rooms are very small, which is OK if you pay for a budget hotel I suppose, but I would have expected a working extractor fan in the toilet and a door that fitted the hole rather that a few inches gap top and bottom. It’s OK but a bit too budget.

The hotel was different from the Ibis hotels.
The hotel was different from the Ibis hotels I have always stayed at. The employees were very cold and indifferent. I think it was Roza.The lady at the reception looked at me and her attitude was like why are you staying here? This made me very uncomfortable. They wrote that parking was available, but did not mention that it was paid and that there was no charging point for electric cars. This was a big deal for me.I don’t think I will choose it again.

The hotel was the best about our whole stay. Everything in the hotel was mire than perfect. More than 5 stars, fife stars plus! Very good price for that. 2 stars are really not enough. I have stayed in 3 stars Hotels, which could not compete with it.

Room was freezing, window appeared to let in a bad draft and was not easy to heat up room. However I have never had nicer staff than the man at the front desk when checking in and getting drinks. Very lovely and helpful!

The hotel location is over the road from the Gyle shopping centre and the tram stop to and from Edinburgh Airport. My room was perfectly clean, however the mattress on my bed was lumpy so not the best night’s sleep I’ve ever had unfortunately.

Das Hotel ist nahe an der Tram gelegen, was sehr positiv war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch da muss ich sagen echt positiv! Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war ok. Allerdings wurde die ganzen 4 Tage nicht gesaugt oder gewischt und auch das Waschbecken und die Dusche wurden nicht gereinigt. Genauso wurden die Tassen vom Tee 4 Tage stehen gelassen… also Sauberkeit während des Aufenthaltes für mich leider sehr schlecht. Das Frühstück war auch ein Reinfall - keinerlei Auswahl. Und trotz Heizstrahler im Zimmer war das Zimmer eiskalt. Wir hatten ihn zwar auf die höchste Temperatur eingestellt als wir ins Zimmer kamen aber bis zum nächsten Morgen war das Zimmer immer noch gleich kalt. Fazit: Bei meiner nächsten Edinburgh Reise definitiv ein anderes Hotel!
