"The rooms were well furnished and clean, you can tell there has been some recent renovations and all the furniture is nice and everything well maintained. Easy parking and easy check in. Good location for walking downtown, we only had a short walk to rogers area. We did have a late check out approved, however we still had the cleaners knocking on the door, which was a little frustrating as they proceeded to let themselves into the room. I feel like the entrance way/front desk could be more tidy, as it doesn't give a good expectation for the actual rooms, which are lovely. Would stay again 🙂"

"The staff were extremely kind. Anything I needed they provided for me. I asked them to do something special for my fiancé’s birthday and we came to Rose petals on the bed and a birthday cake made out of towels with a sign. I love that the pool is only for people ages 16 and over. Location was perfect for our event at Rogers place! I would absolutely stay there again"

"We stayed here once before and again recently. It is one of the best hotels to stay at; in our experiences. We have not one single complaint about this hotel. The hotel manager is doing a beautiful job managing this hotel and it shows in all aspects. All staff are extremely friendly throughout the hotel. The whole hotel is kept clean and secure. You need your room key to go to the different floors. The rooms are updated nicely. I love the non carpet floor. Breakfast is very good. I love the small details throughout the hotel. Such as the sea animals on the windows of the swimming pool, toys for the kids, a warm pool, and beautiful lounge chairs etc. In our room there is a small light in the bathroom that turns on automatically in the dark. Usually I leave lights on at night with this small light there is no need to. All these small details we have taken note. I recommend you stay at this hotel. You won't regret it."

"Very welcoming, courteous staff. Limited covered parking, but there is public parking beside the building. If your breakfast is not incl - buy the voucher at the front desk for less. Regular options at the buffet Great cinnamon buns! I would have preferred eggs to order instead of the reg hotel scrambled egg."

"The room and hotel is clean enough. It is just dated and in need of Reno. Staff is great. The hotel is right beside the railway tracks but is surprisingly quiet. Convenient location to Whitemud."
