"I stay at this location when I travel east to visit family. The rooms are very clean and I like that I'm able to park right outside my room on the ground floor. However, some maintenance is required and/or upgrades are needed to the heating/cooling units. Mine was shut off but would come back on all by itself. Also, some of the snaps on the curtains need attention. Breakfast is okay and the coffee machine dispenses a decent cup of coffee. There biggest problem has been their ice machine is...

"The staff at the restaurant were fantastic very accommodating. Now the hotal well it’s dark and needs updating. We couldn’t get back into our the card didn’t work. Went down to the front desk 4 times. Made no adjustments or accommodations for the inconvenience. Manger was to call me the next day and didn’t. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere."

"This location was so much fun, we loved the castle look, the amazing staircase, the beautiful artwork and decor. We love the mission of Elephant Thoughts, supporting youth to learn the hospitality business and find jobs. The complimentary breakfast they made us was extraordinary. There were 4 types of juice at breakfast with Cranberry and Rhubarb being our children’s favourite choices. They had meal sizes for kids and adults.
