"Pro: AC worked very well, bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Con: Towels didn’t smell fresh. Shower didn’t drain properly. Staff made us wait to ensure they got their money from Expedia which I thought was really weird. All attention at check out went there and they didn’t ask if we had enjoyed our stay."

"This was our second stay and we once again enjoyed every minute of it. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety and the room was lovely and clean. We liked the room with the shower more than the room with bath we had last time, so we will be asking for it again when we visit next. The location of this hotel is great too. "It was great overall! One of the staff helped my fianceé carry her heavy luggage up three flights of stairs. They also had luggage storage and a nice lobby. Close to the city center! Great location, staff, and room."

"Right in the center of it all. Easy to walk to all sites, restaurants and shops. Very quiet, clean rooms, with large bathrooms. AC worked great. It is a longer walk from the train, if you have luggage take a taxi or a bus."

"Nice hotel, clean and well located on the edge of the city right beside the main train and bus stations for those wishing to use public transport, we used a hire car as we wished to explore Ypres and the surrounding WW1 museums etc at our own leisure, car parking was very easy as the hotel sits on the same site as the stations car park and is only €8 per night. "Rooms are unique and decorated beautifully. Nice, crisp sheets. Great bathroom toiletries. WATER IN THE ROOM IS SO APPRECIATED - two bottles to carry around, plus a glass bottle each of still and sparkling. Location is wonderfully convenient - a few minutes walk to the square, but just a little bit removed so you don't hear noise all night. Stay away from restaurants around the square unless its for a drink. Food quality is kind of average."

"We really like this hotel, the breakfast was very good, good location good parking, taxis were cheap to go into Bruges, we are especially liked Bavo at front desk, his English was better then ours and very helpful and knowable, he made our stay perfect!! The only dislike for the hotel would be no air-conditioning, but they do have fans and it wasn’t that bad but it was a heat wave, the staff is so accommodating! We will definitely come back!"
