A short bus ride to Hastings Street and main beach.We arrived when it was dark and had a problem finding our room - number wasnt easy to find. As we were staying for a week, we would have liked some fresh towels."

"The staff was very friendly and we felt very welcome upon arrival. 10/10 for that, but unfortunately areas in the unit weren't that clean. I know we booked the budget accommodation, but still... The curtains in the whole unit are filthy. It's full of dirty spots! There's mould on the bedroom ceiling above the built-in shelving, there's mould on the tiles in the shower, there's mould on the kitchen ceiling above the kitchen table and chairs. Black mould spots on the blinds in the kitchen and bathroom. The grey couch in the unit has dirty brown armrests and brown cushions you sit on. We could not get ourselves to use the couch because of the condition it was in. Come on guys! I think you need to fire your cleaners. Clean this up and you'll get close to full points, but at the moment... sorry. Someone from management needs to inspect these units more often. I wanted to say something when I handed in the keys at reception this morning, but I would have been rude to the lady. Sorry guys, but this is unacceptable. "

"Stayed 1 night. Room was clean and staff very welcoming. Supermarkets and some shops are closed on public holidays. Otherwise, there's Maccas, Domino's Pizza & Red Rooster nearby for food."
