"amazing views and gorgeous living area kitchen and bedrooms. we appreciated the few groceries supplied and essentials like tin foil rubbish . few minor issues like fire alarm bleeping daily and tired in places... toilet seats need replacing, toilet running continually so noisy refill constantly, dirty carpet, sensitive kitchen cabinets need fixing but nothing major and hosts attempted to address fire alarm. lucky it was only during the middle of the day. lovely location peaceful quiet space when we visited. 10 min walk to river restaurants and shopping mall. don't rely on buses to go further completely hopeless. you will need to budget for ubers if you want to go noosa junction, noosaville mall, eumundi, ferry to hastings st main beach. wonderful experience. overall house 37 was a pleasure. we enjoyed the tv, chess and monopoly provided and morning coffee on the balcony watching the river was peaceful and serene. toilets upstairs and down a bonus. lovely environment of the hotel lots of trees and gardens well kept, pools looked good but too cold to swim unfortunately.wish they were heated for the winter guests. noosa area here was a slower pace and much quieter than hastings st which suited us. restaurants were wonderful near by. not one bad meal. highly recommend. eumundi markets a highlight and matsos ginger beer factory across the road for drinks. Leela Indian restaurant in noosa junction amazing food. 250 grammi Italian noosa heads was like being in Italy."
"We loved our stay at Noosa Place. Our apartment was light, bright and modern and had everything that we needed including a fully functional kitchen, it was very comfortable. 3 heated pools and 2 spas onsite meant there was lots of swimming in the middle of Winter so kept the kids occupied and happy. The tennis/basketball court was fun, could do with some new equipment but otherwise great to have access to somewhere to play and run around onsite.
The location of the resort was perfectly situated just off Gympie Terrace close to many restaurants and cafes. There is a bus stop just outside the resort with easy access to many locations making it perfect to explore the local area and beyond. There are supermarkets within a 10min walk.
The resort is very family friendly and quiet, we loved our stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, we really loved our stay here and would definitely come again!"
"Decent overnight stay, A little out of the way from Hastings Street and the centre, but it’s fine if you have a car, and I guess most guests will be driving. The room was really comfortable, and the lady on reception was friendly and helpful when we arrived early. There’s a few places to eat and drink within walking distance, so you don’t need to drive in the evening if you want to relax with a drink or two!"
