"In our room, the bed had a noise problem. Given the shortness of my two-night stay, I chose not to generate a formal complaint. However, the next room housed a canine that began barking at 4 p.m. Upon returning at 8 p.m. from our departure on Saturday at 5 p.m., the barking persisted. I informed the management staff about this situation. Despite these technical drawbacks, I believe that the accommodation offers adequate value for money."

"When we walked in, the top bedspread for one of the beds had blood stains. The carpet was fully stained, and so were the lampshades. The bathroom countertop was still dirty as well. Overall, one of the worst cleaned rooms I’ve stayed in at a Hampton Inn. There was also no body wash in the bathroom. However the worst part of the stay was that the whole room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking property. "Outside property and surrounding area was beautiful. Cottages look great from the outside however the one I stayed in needs an upgrade!(#50) The bedroom was fine(except for paint peeling on the ceiling) and the blinds and balance were outdated and fridge was noisy. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade! Toilet too low, mirror over sink to high, and tub didn’t drain. After two showers there was over a foot of standing water. Doors were not the most secure. I would have liked to have known...

"The property was clean very clean and so was a full area. The staff was very helpful all hours of the evening and daytime and I would definitely stay again and I would definitely recommend it 110%"
