"Small room. Very simple. No refrigerator, no safety box. I initially stayed on first floor, room 112. I was disturbed all night for mysterious sounds from above and outside. The hotel changed the room for me to 5th floor. It's better."

"We were at the end of our 10 day trip and were going to the PSG game on our last night. We stayed at the property due to its proximity to the stadium. We booked a suite for three people. We were put on the 8th floor [FYI - The 8th floor is a dump!]. A big problem for us was that the only elevator to the 8th floor was not working. We we not told this until we checked in and received our key. We had to drag three suitcases up the stairs from the 7th floor. The only benefit to the suite was the balcony. The bedding provided for the fold out couch did not fit. It was very warm in the room and we couldn't get the a/c to work. I never received an e-mail with our final bill, so I am not sure what I paid for. I couldn't find any contact info. online to discuss our issues with management. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had!!!"

Restaurant, supermercados, shopping a menos de 5 min caminando. La vista hermosa. El hotel fue clave para tener una experiencia unica en Paris. Lo recomiendo y regresaria. La cocina fue un PLUS!"

"Fun vibe at this hotel. Just outside of Paris boundary so keep that in mind when booking, taxi a bit more expensive from airport . 10 min walk to metro. Can see Eiffel Tower in distance from breakfast and also from our room. Room was smaller but good for the one night we had in Paris . Breakfast very good. Many options hot and cold. Friendly staff ."

"The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member was not very professional and did not explain basic information such as Wi-Fi access, breakfast, or other important hotel details. The housekeeping staff was also quite impolite. When we returned to the room and needed to use the washroom while they were cleaning, their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and guilty, as though we were inconveniencing them in our own room."
