"The hotel was the lovely a s the room was comfortable. The room was booked for two people, but it only had one twin size duvet and one bath towel. It wasn’t set up for two people. I’m sure I could have requested more, but we made due. The check in staff were very polite and helpful!"

"Free hotel shuttle from airport. Just follow « Hotel Shuttle » signs in the airport. Need to pay to go back to airport but we took the tram which is a quick walk from the hotel. If you plan to go downtown to visit the city, it’s an easy tram ride. Buy the Zurich card, it will make you save some money in this very expensive country"

"Convenient location with easy access to Zurich. The train stop is 1 minute fromthe hotel. Some nice local restaurants with local ambience. Loved it. Perfect place to base yourself and plan trips accross the country."

"No staff. Staff were not friendly by text. If you’re traveling in a hot weather, there is only a fan. Beds are not comfortable and window is blocked by a curtain that doesn’t open. Won’t stay there anymore."

"Just needed a place near the airport. You can't get any closer! You literally come out of the hotel where there are shops and restaurants and walk 2 minutes straight into airport. Was perfect."

"We booked by accident second day four rooms at 11:30 PM. Try to cancel it early in the morning. We’re begging for them to cancel, person on front desc told me no it’s too late.. if you travel as vacation it’s not a place to be. If it’s for business I think it’s good hotel. Not for travelers as vacation."
