If it wasn't for Kristina, Ralph and Jasmine, we may not come back. because when a problem does come up, they always manage to make us happy. And they know our likes and dislikes, so it's like coming home "

"I woke up in the morning and made myself a cup of coffee with the in-room coffee maker, the machine triggered the fire alarm. I called down to the front desk, and they said they would send someone to the room to fix it. After about 30 minutes of constant beeping, we packed up and left. Turning what I was hoping to be a nice relaxing morning into an early departure. Unfortunately, this really ruined our stay this time around."

"The housekeeping maybe clean inside rest room first then get those used towel that they clean the rest room they clean inside the room and table because 3 times I booked to stayed there I got sick . The last time I booked after that I get flu again. The room smell not good . No airfresher or they don't used lyshol to clean the room. Only the front desk is very nice and helpful."

"Breakfast ended too early for us to take advantage of as well as we had plans to go out anyways so can't properly rate that. Otherwise there's not really any amenities so... Room was pretty clean just a few random bits and bobs of lint hanging around ... Great price for the area definitely within walking distance of the mall which is great!"

"We finally upgraded from the other place across the parking lot and now I'm wondering why didn't do this before! It's clean, upgraded, comfortable, and has a great breakfast. It also has a pool which we didn't use but will in the future."
