"Enjoyed the pool, but the seating needs new canvas. More than one lounge chair had tears totally through the fabric. Rooms were very clean. Good value for the price, though! "

"When we got there their computers were down so we had to wait a bit to check in. Then there was a sign saying the hot tub was out of order. Was really looking forward to soaking after a hot day. Was never notified ahead of time. Then the curtains were torn up and hard to roll up because of the damage. Next, the shower filled up with water in the tub because the lever was jammed to release the tub drain…gross! Breakfast was good except the pancake machine was malfunctioning half the time. I liked the variety and options a lot. The bed/pillows were good. Staff was nice."

"The air conditioner was loud. Could not even sleep. It was advertised as breakfast to go included. It was not! Not even coffee. Very disappointed 😞 "

"I almost was not able to check in to my room that was already paid in full because i did not have the $50 incidental fee on my card, but had cash. The lady at the front desk was a bit rude to me when i asked if i could pay it in cash because that is all i had. Also, after i checked into the room and was taking a shower, the shower head barely had any water coming out. We were changed to another room where the bed was like a concrete floor. I think the beds need to be updated for more comfort."
