After a VERY long day of travel filled with flight delays out of Boston and airline rebookings, my mother and I finally arrived in Denver close to midnight completely exhausted. "Building was under renovation, during the stay lights for the entire building we’re flicking on and off, while we were trying to take showers, I had only two towels with six individuals. The showers also had no shampoo or body soap. AC was inconsistent turning on and off. The fridge wasn’t working. As well as the lamp light was not working. And the big concern of them all was that the entry door would not lock and secure my family and I."
