"Friendly receptionist checked me in but surprised as the hotel was out of coffee
Breakfast was booked and paid for but not served at the hotel any longer. Bathroom dirty and many things not working at all. Warren out beds and not even shampoo in the room. Paid 200€ for one night as only few available rooms in Hamburg but they should be ashamed to charge anything above 50€. Never again Hotel Marco Polo"
