"Our stay at the hotel was very nice, room was comfortable and the staff extremely pleasant. we did make a comment re our evening meal but hear no more about it (lasagne was dry) i have attempted to make contact with the hotel by phone since our stay on the 14th February but no one seems to pick up phone calls. my query is regarding the addition of VAT added to our bill food and drinks. i did not see any evidence of VAT included or to be added to our bill. my hotel receipt shows at the foot of the bill that "this is not a VAT invoice but your VAT number is included in your footer. is this an error on your part or have i missed this. "The room was better than we expected for the price. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower and amazing view from the window. The only slight negatives were that the room wasn't as warm as we would have liked (the radiator didn't get very hot and the heat wasn't uniform across the radiator so possibly needing bled?) and the carpet could have been vacuumed more thoroughly. But we had a great, though short, stay and would definitely recommend Dalrigh House to others."
