"The great thing about this hotel was the location. It’s a lovely quiet location a short walk from the town. The room was ok. Clean. Bathroom door stuck every time and the bottom sheet was not big enough for the twin beds that had been pushed together. The downside was that there was a comment that we had booked through Expedia when we arrived. "The host was very kind. The room was clean but the furniture and bedding was very outdated. The bed had an older mattress and it was squeaky and lumpy. It could be a cute place if it was updated. The furniture was worn and old and not attractive. The room felt very sad to be in. The TV was from the 1980s and super small. "

"We had a fabulous week at the Isle of Mull Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and our sea view room stunning. We ate at the bar and in the restaurant and both were amazing, staff were polite and attentive, especially Sean. The hotel is great for touring round the island and provided us a comfortable and convenient base for our trip. Only downside was the pool wasn't open as there was a problem with the heating of the water, but I think that was nearly fixed as we left. Spa was open though,...
