"The room was immaculately clean. As a female I was given the room with a toilet which was appreciated. There was cereal in the room and a fridge with drinks and yoghurt so it was well thought out. The room was very good value. My only thought is that the entrance into the front garden could have been better. "The hotel was having refurbishment in the dining room, but during my stay there was no noise, and I was able to park in the main car park, and although I was going to pay the parking charges, when the staff realised I had a blue badge, they mwentioned that parking was free. Due to the dining room being closed residents were eating at the bar, and the staff were very helpful, and the food was good. My room was excellent, with a great view of the bay"

"Very old hotel. Could use some new carpeting throughout. No staff on duty for check in. Hotel bar was never open. Good location for the ferry. Our room had very low ceilings that forced you to walk hunched over. Morning staff worker Sheena was a doll."
