Walls between rooms do not dampen sound and TV, conversation, and dogs barking can be heard easily next door, disrupting sleep. Staff can be helpful, but facility is in need of significant renovation."

"Overall it was very clean but outdated. Staff was ok, nice but not customer service focused. During checkout and checkin we had to ring the bell, nobody was ever at the front desk. We had a room incident where there were people in the room as we entered the room. The staff never apologized, instead questioned us and then called the room directly to gain more understanding, instead of first taking care of finding us a new room. It was an interesting experience and we won't stay there again."
