"The hotel is attached to a shopping mall which has plenty of shops, choice of restaurants, a grocery/supermarket, foreign exchange and parking facilities. Staff were fantastic, respectful, helpful and very kind. Customer Service Manager Vivien was very helpful, as were all other staff. Best location to stay as only 20 minutes from central Kuala Lumpur and easy reach to other points of interest. Grab Taxi's are also very cheap to use from this point. "This place is definitely top rated in Cheras. Connected to Metro and easy access to grab at lower ground floor. The reception is inside the mall like one of the store, so figuring out where it is, is slightly confusing but they send a video of how to reach so should be manageable. The studio is so clean, great for a family. Kitchen is good. Hot water geyser model is different here and can be tricky to learn how to use, if you havent used before. "Room are constantly humid since almost all lack any window at all. The shower/toilet is just a glass partition inside the bedroom and it never drys. Your clothes, linen and luggage absorb the moisture and get wet. Management had no solution and refused cancellation. After strong words and 3 days, allowed upgrade to one of the few rooms with window. The “wonderful” reviews posted seem clearly fake. Cleaning staff made a great effort to make the room livable"

Strong odor left from previous tenant and the bedsheet are not well organise. Call and message for help but didn't reply and no responses at all. Hairdryer and toilet roll not provided as stated. "Okay for few nights stay. Basic accommodation with bathroom and shower. Location close to AEON and VeloCity malls with lots of restaurants and shops available. Metro and buses nearby, easy to travel around"

"The room was dirty with bugs and cockroaches everywhere, the hot water service did not work properly, the bedroom air conditioning did not work properly, room was in severe need of maintenance. The agent was contacted regarding these issues and was purely a patch up process. I would suggest to anyone thinking of staying here to look for another place."
