"I reserved a Balinese bed but was not informed that there was a charge for this. I found out that there was a charge of 150Euros for it when I was paying my bill at check out.Had I known it was this expensive I would not have reserved one. I would have preferred to have spent the 150 Euros on lunch, drinks etc which would have been better value for money. Please can you inform staff to inform customers of the cost of reserving Balinese bed "

"We’re a couple in our 30s and had the most amazing time. The hotel was spotless (thank you to gala for cleaning our room so well) and the view was beautiful. The walk up the hill is a bit steep in hot weather but it wasn’t an issue for us. Food options were great too - we chose half board. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they all genuinely seemed happy at work, always upbeat and welcoming to everyone. We noticed too that if anyone tried to leave towels on the sun beds that the lifeguard monitored it. At meal times staff were always over within a minute or two to clear the table and constantly topping up the buffet so it was always full. I can’t recommend hotel Florida enough! "

"Ideal location for a few days away. 10 mins from the airport, a 4 minute walk to the beach. Huge selection of restaurants, bars and shops just as close. The hotel was spotlessly clean at all times. The room was cosy but well equipped and the beds very comfortable. As a room only guest, tea and coffee facilities would have been welcome in the room. All the staff that we dealt with were brilliant. So kind, helpful and on hand to help with queries/organising taxis etc. I hope to return!"

"Stayed for 5 days at Hotel Aubamar Bali and nothing could be faulted. The facilities at the hotel are perfect, with plenty of sunbeds by the pool areas. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a variety of different foods to cater to individual needs. While the surrounding area of this hotel is loud, this could not be heard from the hotel and it felt very private and secluded. Taxis were 15 minutes into palma which was perfect. Overall an amazing stay and I couldn’t recommend more, thank you so much! "

"The staff are extremely friendly making you feel special right from check in to restaurant! Nothing too much trouble. The views are amazing from every room of Santa Ponsa bay. The food is freshly cooked and beautifully presented. also cooked to order with a theme each night such as seafood or Spanish. There is a dining terrace overlooking the bay and if you time it right you have a front row table every time! We had a central Junior Suite on 3rd floor overlooking pool and the bay. It was very spacious with two single beds together which made a huge King size bed. Only criticism is bathroom needs attention. It is only separated from the bedroom by a wooden arch. There is huge jacuzzi bath which I can’t believe anybody uses and just takes up space. Also with the amount of counter space under the long mirror I feel there should be two basins. However the shower and toilet are in a separate room. Although the room is very spacious it is little tired and modernisation would be welcome. The pool and poolside is kept extremely clean and sunbeds checked every day. Not too much bed reserving so you can have breakfast and still get somewhere to sit by the pool. There is no beach as the hotel is built into the cliff side but there is a small jetty to jump in the sea. Overall the hotel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a few bars and shops a short walking distance and Santa Ponsa town 15-20 minutes walk. It’s the staff and views that make this hotel special. "
