"This was our first trip to Queretaro as a family. (Husband, Wife, and 2-year old boy) We stayed June 20-29, 2026. Every aspect of the hotel was excellent. First and foremost, the staff were amazing. Special thanks to Lety, Santiago, and Israel from the Domun restaurant (Taboa)! Great people to talk with and share laughs while providing top tier service. "Just a little comment, the lastest we could check is 1 pm so we went to have breakfast and came back at 11:45am to the room to pick up our stuff and use the restroom and our stuff was gone they were cleaning the room. If check out is the latest at 1 I would think that you would wait until 1:01 pm to actually go into the room and take our stuff."
