"Overall this hotel is pretty great for the family. Stayed with our 3 kids, (3,9 and 10mths). They offered a lot of kid friendly engaging activities which our 9 yr old loved. They have a shallow end that’s 2 1/2 ft deep, perfect for our 3yr old to stay in the pool all day! The staff was really friendly and very helpful around the pool area. Front desk staff was kind, maybe a little short staffed but over all everyone was still as helpful as they could be. The room was a generous size and easily accommodated all of us. I wish I had a pack n play for the baby as it was a bit tough to allow her to move about. The floors of the room were not the cleanest. I did clean them myself to get most of the dirt up but that’s to be expected by the beach. We dined at Bianchi and the pizza was really good! We had a really great experience there. We also dined at Dockside which was ok, they brought the food for the kids on time but our our plates never came after over an hour of waiting, we ended up cancelling our order and picking up a pizza at Bianchis, which of course, was great again. The server was really great about everything and ended up taking care of our kids meals. Over all we would 100% come back and maybe pick a room more beach front this time! 💕"
"On the 2nd day of my stay I needed to have my mattress adjusted because as I stated to the front desk I kept on slanting downwards on the bed i figured it out let the person that came to check know that they had a KING size mattress on a queen size bed frame so there was a 4-5 inch overhang. The man that came also acknowledged the problem and said he would let front desk know that they had the wrong mattress on the bed frame.
On Saturday I also let them know that the air conditioner was making a lot of noise front desk said they would send someone over but as far as I know no one came and Also on Saturday I did go out and come back around 2 thinking that my room would be tidied up but it wasn’t so I just told the maid that was cleaning in the next room she didn’t have to do my room since I thought 2 pm was kinda late.
I’m very pleased with your staff-from the day I checked in and checked out whoever was working (day n night shift) were really awesome and people friendly."
"We stayed in the 1 King Bed with Sofa Bed, Marina View Corner Room and overall had a great time. The room was clean, spacious, and the king bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in (10/10). The sofa bed... well, it's a sofa bed. My kids gave it a 4/10, but they managed.
A couple of small complaints: the coffee maker is single-serve and the coffee provided wasn't great. The biggest disappointment was the refrigerator. It actually says it's not meant for perishables or medications, and after leaving strawberries in it overnight, I understand why—they were almost spoiled by morning. Not sure what its meant for??
Parking is pricey at $65 valet or $44 self-parking, and self-parking is a bit of a walk. If you're flying in, I'd honestly skip the rental car and just Uber everywhere. Bell service was also a little backed up, so I ended up grabbing my own luggage.
Now for the best part... the water park is amazing! Easily 10/10. The wave pool has a giant TV, so we watched the World Cup while relaxing in our cabana. The lazy river, slides, and pools kept the kids entertained for hours. There are several restaurants throughout the resort, and the sports bar with the massive TV was a favorite.
Yes, it's an expensive weekend and it's not all-inclusive, but seeing how much fun my kids had made it worth every penny. We'd definitely come back."
