The entire staff was welcoming helpful. Felt like a Four Season resort, maybe better. I loved my stay and I want to come back ASAP. Dinner at the Grove was also excellent. However wait staff fell a bit short. The rest of the hotel staff was amazing 5 stars all the way.

The staff was very nice and the place was clean. Even though we had a non smoking room, since there is smoking in the casino and it isn’t well ventilated, the smoke still lingers in the air and on your clothes.

This was a last-minute trip and our first time staying here, and it turned out to be a great choice. First time visit to this property for a quick two-day anniversary celebration getaway. Beautiful location in Alpine; casino was larger than we expected and not too smokey; restaurant selection was nice - we went to the Baron Long Bar and Grill for lunch and breakfast and The Grove Steakhouse for our anniversary dinner - food at both was excellent and food very plentiful, definitely make reservations for The Grove. Best thing was the customer service and friendliness of all staff, who made us feel welcome. Also enjoyed the outlet mall across the street for a nice break - make sure to visit The Gathering shop for unique native american items (purchased jewelry there). Overall, we will definitely return for a quick getaway and to enjoy the food and welcoming staff.
