Conveniently located near bus terminal. A short taxi ride into town where there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars. The staff very friendly and helped me with my booking to Perito Moreno Glacier. Quiet location away from busy streets.

The hostel was clean and well located. We booked it last minute when our bus to Puerto Natales was cancelled. It was an easy walk to the bus station and into town. Our room was clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was good. Excellent value for money

The staff was very kind, it was clean. However the beds or mattress are so hard. The pillows are also hard, not really pillows. It was hot and humid I'm room. Had to keep window open all night for fresh air, with open curtains and room was besides a office I believe.. Staff will pass by my window, and since my curtain and window was open, I would jump occasionally.

There were no heater in my room even the temperature was going down to 47F at night. I was not able to sleep well because of being cold. And lot of noise was heard outside my room which also made me awake frequently. It was a terrible night.

nice place to start the excursions

The check outs are generally early here so 10am is not that different, just was a bit early for us. No problem, it is clear from beginning, we asked for some extra time and could not get it. Walking distance to the center, maybe 10 min, there are plenty of restaurants and travel agencies there. Breakfast was good.

C’est un endroit propre, mais un peu loin des lieux publics intéressants. Le soir, c’était bruyant dans le lobby. J’ai aimé, mais c’était pas un coup de coeur. J’y retournerai, mais j’essaierai de trouver plus proche du centre avant.
