This property had the most outstanding service of any hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was so professional, personable and just lovely. The rooms were well set up and the views were lovely. A couple of things I wish I had known. Even though they do not have a formal restaurant you can order delicious lunch, dinner and drinks. This is a good thing because the kitchenette in the loft rooms is a bit outdated so was not appealing to really cook a meal. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and peaceful, and there is a path down by the lake that makes a pleasant walk into town. All and all would recommend this hotel.

Excelente hotel boutique
Nos gustó mucho este hotel…la cama, la decoración y el desayuno fueron lo mejor. El servicio fue amable y nos apoyaron con algunos temas, aún que creo que algunas personas de recepción podrían mejorar su trato al huésped.
La cama es muy cómoda, la mejor de nuestro viaje y el estudio cuenta con todo lo necesario, muy completo.
El sofá un poco incómodo y tele es muy chica pero no es algo que necesitábamos en el viaje.
El desayuno estaba muy rico, todo lo necesario y más. Solamente considerar que te van sirviendo todo unos minutos antes y ya después te tocan la puerta. Por ello, el huevo si estuvo frío varias veces. Yo creo que podrían servirlo cuando ya te sientas o a la hora agendada, no antes.
Definitivamente recomiendo rentar carro para tener más movilidad, caminando del hotel hay pocas cosas.
Único que no nos gustó (y creo que es un tema del personal específico que estaba ese día) fue que un día llegamos tarde cansados y pedimos ver el menú de cena (que nos comentaron que tardan 30-40 min en servirte) y la persona de recepción nos dijo que “estaba ocupada atendiendo otro huésped y que nos esperáramos”. Esperamos 5-10 minutos parados junto a ella y nos cansamos y fuimos a la habitación… ella ya no nos llamó ni preguntó que queríamos. No le quitaba ni un segundo pasarnos el menú, solo queríamos verlo.
Si ofrecen servicios con costo adicional, como cena, necesitan más gente para poder atender o darte menús de alimentos al checkin.
También falta dispensador de agua
