Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. "I have used this hotel many times but they have now introduced a virtual key access system to enter the hotel at check in. The system didn’t work and it took over 2 hours, after speaking to numerous people via telephone, to gain access. Never again will I stay here. "
