"The hotel’s location for exploring Old San Juan was excellent! Staff very helpful and welcoming, the security systems in place for accessing the hotel were top notch, breakfast was delicious and great options, the roof top lounges and jacuzzi were quite nice and a great place to hang out in the evenings. We chose a ground level room because we had a lot of luggage and didn’t want to have to carry it upstairs but the lack of windows in our room (which we knew in advance) made the room a little...

"Keep in mind this building is over 200 years old. The water was really cold however the staff was soo pleasant and the free open bar was a added touch. You are literally in the middle of San Juan so we were able to walk around and explore. I highly recommend this place if you can oversee the age. "

"Great location, clean room and lovely rooftop. The glass of welcome bubbly is a really nice touch :) The only downside is that the cleaning products used in the room have a really strong smell, and it wasn't possible to air out the room during our short stay (plus there's no screens on the windows so we didn't want to leave them open at dusk/dawn)."

"This was honestly one of the smoothest stays I’ve ever had! I got there a little early, checked in with no issues, and they gave me my keys right away. My room was on the 2nd floor with a nice balcony, and everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away. I loved the old Spanish colonial vibe of the buildings—it really added to the charm. If I ever come back to San Juan, I’m 100% staying here again!"
