Super quick and easy

The check in process was super fast and simple, I believe her name was Maritza. We’ll I asked that she put me somewhere extra safe and her response was: that’s what I’m looking for. Super friendly.. once I got in my room I was so comfortable I crashed out…. Will stay here again

It's ok for the price. The linens are clean, the bed is comfortable, but the rooms are in need of some makeovers. In this recent room I stood in, the microwave was missing the glass plate inside & the room wasn't as clean as previous rooms. It's always quite when I stay here. Staff is friendly.

Huge Upgrade Compared to Across the Street

So much better than across the street. Moved to this hotel because we were treated so poorly at the Brawley Inn. What a difference it was. Older buildings for sure, don't come here for perfect paint jobs. But the staff were polite & did their jobs. The room smelled & looked like it had been properly cleaned. It was nice and quiet. Will definetly be my new go-to spot to stay in Brawley.

The property itself was very good. The first night was quite quiet but the second night we got serenaded with loud Spanish singing from 3 am - 4:30 am. The phone in the room did not work so we couldn't contact the office. When we reported it at check out the lady at reception really didn't seem to care. We realize it was out her hands but she could have been a little bit sympathetic.

This was probably one of the worst hotels I've ever experienced. The 1 good thing was that the beds were comfortable. That's it. Every single time I interacted with staff they were rude and seemed annoyed when you needed minor assistance. Believe the reviews. I didn't read them beforehand and regretted it after.

Needs to update fire alarm system

I had a good stay up until about 1am the fire alarm kept going off multiple times which woke up my austic son then lead to a horribe night due to high pitch alarms.nor to mention someone else had a horrible experience with the foam sprinklers goinf off due to faullty system
