Premièrement, le positif, l'appartement est très bien situé et possède l'air climatisé et se trouve dans un environnement ultra tranquille, pour le moins positif, il est clair que l'appartement nécessite de l'amour, un bon nettoyage de fond en comble, comme par exemple, l'évier de la douche, où beaucoup de cheveux bouchaient le renvoie d'eau. "Shabby gimmick in very poor neighborhood. No hot food between lunch and 8pm. No seats on balconies and the worst noise insulation windows ever experienced. Pop music blares at night until past 11pm with crows shouting outside the windows. Breakfast not home baked - think supermarket shrik wrapped croissants and other cakes. "

"The hotel provides you with a good breakfast and excellent rooms. The swimming pool is quiet small if you go just to the hotel to enjoy it. The cleanliness in very good and the staff incredible! you are 7 blocks from the peatonal and downtown and 10 blocks from bars and good restaurants. I would like to mention Franco Indiveri and Sheila from the front desk staff, excellent disposition. Franco helped us since we got into the hotel. He really made the difference! Excellent!! another advantage the hotel has is that you can use the facilities if you buy food. You can use the tables there and they provide you with salt, oil, forks, knives, and all you need to have dinner there. If I go to Mendoza again, I will sure go to this hotel!"

"The hotel itself is great, a good location, nice restaurants, clean spacious rooms, and friendly/helpful staff. We only had two challenges, one was keeping the room at a comfortable temperature, appears it is controlled by the front desk and was either freezing or a bit warm. Our other challenge was with the conceige, Gustavo, who couldn't deliver on his commitment to provide and English tour of the Bonfonti winery. At the last minute we were told the English tour would be an additional $40 after we paid an agreed price. Qhe we pushed back he said it was all sorted but when we arrived there was no English tour. Gustavo tried to compensate with a bottle of wine, which was good, but still we felt deceived. Other than that, it was all good"
