"Absolutely incredible place to stay. We mainly spoke with Daniel and he provided top notch service. He made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome and was more than happy to answer my questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning. The front common area has huge fireplace and a lot of windows which gives a great view of the mountains. The breakfast that was included was wonderful too. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone considering staying."

"Hotel muito bem localizado, tem um mercado na esquina, estação de metrô há 900 metros e há 4km de Vitacura. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Na recepção eles emprestam adaptador de tomada.
Cafe da manhã com 3 tipos de fruta, suco, iogurte, leite, café, sucrilhos, bolo, pães, frios, ovo mexido, ovo cozido, chocolate quente, linguiça, bacon, etc, ou seja, tem tudo pra começar o dia bem. A noite o hotel oferece jantar a lá carte e também Buffet com valor único e come a vontade....
