"Where can you see a hotel that charges another extra fees if you request for a late check out, it's not like super late check, most hotel they allowed guest to check out at noon w/o additional charges, this hotel is charging $25+tax just to request an extra hour from the original check out time.
Also my beddings has a blood stain which is disgusting, the bed is worn out they should at least change their bed, it's sinking down when you sat on it what more when you lay down, it hurts my back."
