"I’ve been here for the past few years. At start it was amazing however I’ve noticed a lot has changed:
- Staff are less friendly
- Water is not free in the room. (1 can of water when you arrive only)
- wear and tear not being fixed in the room
- ripping off customers with drinks and ice cream (£24-35) for 2 cocktails or a small glass of wine.
If you stay - go to the shop across the street and buy your Alcahol, fill it up in bottles and take to pool.

"Stayed at Hotel Alta Montaña and it delivered exactly what you want from a mountain base.
Clean, quiet, and well run. The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. The views are outstanding, especially sitting above the cloud layer at around 1,400 meters.
