"The balcony facing the sea was the huge bonus for me. That was why I chose Las Gaviotas. As a solo traveler I did not need the large space. The apartment is very large with large balcony also. Perfect for families, or 2 couples as it offers each a bedroom and each their own bath plus kitchen.

"It was my first time in La Paz Mexico. The staff at Live Aqua made the stay such a breeze. Our 2 room suite came with a full kitchen and cooking utensils, a full size fridge. Everything you see in the pictures is accurate.
Throughout my stay I was able to communicate with the staff within minutes through whatsapp. Christian was so helpful! Hr provided recommendations.
The property is in a great location, you can walk to restaurants. The area is very safe, I was there was 3 of my girlfriends...

"Everything was lovely and clean. The pool and garden was so inviting.
My husband and I would have preferred to have a room opening up to the inner court yard. Facing the street was noisy whereas the court yard was quiet and had the view of the pool and gardens.
It should be a given when there is room and there was!
The bar and bartender was a delight!! Thank you!
Also, the breakfast next door at Melt was very tasty and the staff friendly and helpful!
