"Me and my family have stayed at this resort multiple times over the last decade plus. This recent trip was a little underwhelming when it came to the room cleanliness where the floors were left gritty and sandy and the drinks and snacks were not re-stocked as they usually are. And many weddings were scheduled this week making the normal entertainment venues relocate to sub-optimal locations in the resort. Other than that, all other aspects of the stay were 5 star as usual."

"Food was mediocre, one restaurant on site was very rude about my daughter’s food allergies. Room service was wonderful in that aspect. Nothing to do in the evening at resort. Grounds were ok nothing exciting. Views from room were nice even when not full view. Drinks took forever if you were in the pool getting served and it wasn’t that busy. Location was nice since it’s close to marina, glad there was other hotels to visit with the all inclusive (sunset was very nice). For us, we would not stay...

After checking in we were greeted by our concierge Oswaldo who said he would make out dinner reservations for the night but in actuality he was trying to sell us a time share. "The room overlooked the beach. We were given two queen beds instead of a booked King bed. The curtains were hanging off the rail. The cleaner did not take away used towels, replenish toilet rolls, replenish empty shampoo or body wash. The whole room needed a paint refurbish. Indoor and out. Adult pool was great.
