"This is a really nice place. The staff is over-the-top kind and wanting to help out with anything. Made us feel very special. I would have no problem recommending this place. They have quite a few kids on one side of the resort, but they also have an adult pool on the other side, which is good. The food is delicious. We had a small issue with the French restaurant (service slow) so I wouldn’t recommend the beef tenderloin or coq au vin but everything else was great. You cannot swim in the ocean...

"The thundering waves of the ocean were amazing! But potential guests need to be aware that it is not safe to even wade in the ocean because of the strong waves & dangerous undertow. Absolutely everything else about the resort was amazing!"

"We selected this resort because it was out of the main downtown area and thought it would be a more relaxing resort to stay at. While there though there were 3-5 wedding parties that took over many parts of the resort. The beach was beautiful here and when the pool was calm it was very nice. The room we had smelled extremely musty/mildew and at one point we had water dripping from the ceiling of the bathroom. We were told by the staff that we could change rooms but only to a less than room...

"The spa was quite good. The location on boardwalk is convenient. The pool was clean. The hot tub was only luke warm. They try to sell you a time share when you go to check in. Also, they don't tell you when you check in that there's a service charge to clean your room, and an environmental/local tax per day, until you go to check out. The shuttle back to the airport only goes a few times per day and we had to get a taxi to catch our flights, which also was not made clear when we booked and...

An Italian restaurant, A Mexican restaurant, a sushi restaurant, Mediterranean restaurant, and an optional steak house (the steak house was extra if you wanted to go there.).
